RETURNS POLICY
You have got your legal right to turn down a faulty, incomplete, or incorrect order. We support you in exercising this right of yours! We have crafted a returns policy and all that you need to know is as under:- All customers shall return the ill-suited item within 28 days of the date you receive the parcel.
- The parcel needs to be posted from the local post office and the postage fee has to be paid.
- Clothing items should be unworn and unwashed.
- Cosmetic items cannot be returned.
- Lingerie, underwear, swimwear should have the hygiene seal intact otherwise it won’t be returned.
- Pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
- Shoes will only be returned if not worn outdoor.
- All items should have the tags intact and attached.
- Return label should be along with the item and the customer should keep a record of it.
- No delivery charge is refundable.
- BESTSHOP4U LTD reserves the right to limit, or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt.
