We are more than happy to help our customers for which we have crafted our return policies. You can return any electronic item, jewelry, household products, and many more except for the clothes, lingerie, masks, or any other wearable item because of hygienic purposes.

Not satisfied with what’s under the box? Don’t worry and follow the following steps to get a refund:
  1. Repack the items.
  2. Log in to our return portal.
  3. Select the return option.
  4. Download the return label.
  5. Go to the local post office.
  6. Set the returned parcel off!
  7. Keep tracking your return parcel.
Once the return parcel reaches us, we will process the refund and send you an email. Happy shopping!
  1. How long will it take to get the refund?
The time might vary a bit, it depends on when we receive your returned product. On average, it takes 3 days for your return to get to us and further 7 days to process the refund. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you placed the order with. You’ll be notified via email. If no email is received within 14 days, let us know through ‘Contact Us’.
  1. How to get a return Label?
Visit our return portal to generate a return label. Do keep a record of the generated label as it might be needed later.  
  1. I don’t have the Original Packaging
Got too excited and tore off the packaging? Well, no problem! You can place the items in any packaging just make sure it’s water-resilient, sealed, and opaque.
  1. Is the delivery charge included in the refund?
Sorry, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
  1. Can I exchange rather than return?
Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges. Nevertheless, you can refund your unwanted product and reorder, don’t forget there’s plenty of fish in the sea.
  1. Refund is not there on my bank statement
Returns are kind of devious sometimes, usually, they do show up the day you receive the confirmation email from us that is within 7 days of your return. If not, review the date of the purchase of the items. Some banks now mention the refund credit against the initial debit date. Again, depends on your bank’s processing time! If still can’t find it, approach us on the contact us form.
  1. Can I return more than one order?
Technically, yes. Though it is not preferable as your order will take a longer time to get processed and we don’t like keeping you awaited. So, it is better to keep the orders separately.  


You have got your legal right to turn down a faulty, incomplete, or incorrect order. We support you in exercising this right of yours! We have crafted a returns policy and all that you need to know is as under:
  • All customers shall return the ill-suited item within 28 days of the date you receive the parcel.
  • The parcel needs to be posted from the local post office and the postage fee has to be paid.
  • Clothing items should be unworn and unwashed.
  • Cosmetic items cannot be returned.
  • Lingerie, underwear, swimwear should have the hygiene seal intact otherwise it won’t be returned.
  • Pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Shoes will only be returned if not worn outdoor.
  • All items should have the tags intact and attached.
  • Return label should be along with the item and the customer should keep a record of it.
  • No delivery charge is refundable.
